Training Details

Each session builds upon the previous week to enforce key skills and movement patterns that must be learned as linemen athletes.  No one is born knowing how to take a correct pass set, or working the correct defensive techniques to get off a block.

Important lessons that will be incorporated into the sessions include:

Offensive Line

Functional stance - Pass pro/hand & body control

Run blocking - Power/explosiveness

Hip mobility/ankle flexion - Grip strength training

Competitiveness and grind



Defensive Line

Functional stance & start - Pass rush keys & moves

Defeating run blocks - Power/explosiveness

Understanding stunt angles - Pursuit angles
